Since 1995, we’ve been dedicated to serving our community under the name “Zargar Medicate Chemists and Druggists,” located near Old Gate, District Hospital Handwara. We’ve stood by our people through challenging times, even when the state’s conditions were deeply disturbing, often putting our own lives at risk to provide essential support during their most difficult moments.

In 2022, recognizing the evolving healthcare landscape and the growing needs of our community, we expanded our services by opening a new facility. This new venture, “Bilals Health Hub Polyclinic Diagnostic and Imaging Centre,” is conveniently situated near Sun Rise Public School, Old Gate Side GMC Handwara.

Bilals Health Hub is proud to be a pioneer in North Kashmir. In December 2024, we became the first facility in the region to offer Fetal Echocardiography Services. This crucial advancement saves our patients considerable time and significant expense, as they no longer need to travel to Srinagar for this specialized prenatal care.

Continuing our commitment to advanced diagnostics and comprehensive healthcare, we launched 7-day-a-week FibroScan services in June 2025, enhancing accessibility to vital liver health assessments. Our facility also features a Fully Computerized Blood Testing Lab and Digital X-ray services, ensuring accurate and efficient diagnostic support.

We’ve further strengthened our offerings with fully equipped Non-Invasive Cardiology Services. These include Pediatric ECHO, 2D ECHO, TMT (Treadmill Test), HOLTER monitoring (24h, 48h, 72h), 12-Channel ECG, and ABPM (Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring). Additionally, we are proud to operate as the first ABDM HFR Registered Quality Medicine Digital Record Pharmacy, ensuring secure and efficient digital management of patient medication records.
